Prevents WordPress settings from being saved

    From v 3.9 of WordPress I had this problem: Settings won’t save. e.g. If in general settings I change timezone and hit Save, I get “Are you sure? Try again” screen. Clicking on try again takes back to the settings page with the original value in the timezone field.

    Changed over to default theme. Disabled all plugins. On enabling plugins one by one, found that this is caused by enabling Custom Admin Bar.

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    I could reproduce the same issue using latest version( 1.3.1 ) of Custom Admin Bar plugin therefore i have notified the plugin developer to fix it in the plugin.

    In the meanwhile to resolve this issue just remove the following code from the below plugin file on line number 27

    custom-admin-bar\lib\class_wdcab_admin_pages.php

    && check_admin_referer('wdcab_options', 'wdcab_options')
