• Hey,

    I wanted to use this plugin for performance benefits but I’ve noticed if a user checks out, the AJAX cart doesn’t update when they land on the order-received page. WooCommerce clearly knows there are no items in the cart because when I click to go to the cart it redirects to the shop page.

    Any ideas on how I can work around this and force the cart to clear on checkout?

    Hi @jrvanstone,

    It’s weird because DCF shouldn’t tamper with the mini cart’s data. Does the issue go away immediately after deactivating DCF?

    Hey,

    Just retested this now and if I put an order through with the plugin enabled the problem is there, if I then disable the plugin and refresh the page the items disappear from the cart. If I then put the same order through again with the plugin disabled the issue doesn’t occur on the order-received page.

    Any ideas what I could try?

    @jrvanstone thank you for testing! So, do I undestand correctly: The issue only happens on the order confirmation page, correct?

    Hey,

    Sorry for the delay on this one – I’ve tested by navigating to multiple pages after checkout and the item remains in the mini cart across all pages. When disabling the plugin the item disappears as it is supposed to. It’s very odd behaviour :$

    Any ideas what it might be?
