Site working fine for me, How can you said it is hacked?

I said it was hacked, simply because it *was* – it’s been fixed since then.

Trying to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Oh ok. I think this is user registration confirmation mail. I hope this is not the reason for hacking. You can disable new user registration via the admin panel.
