Preventing subdirectories in S3 upload

In the Configure File URLs section of the Offload S3 plugin settings, it provides a customizable Path for the files to go. I have both left this as default and changed it, but when I go S3 bucket, the files are being split into time-stamped subdirectories.
For example: https://my_blog.s3.amazonaws.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/20151118114849/logo.png
Is there a way to prevent the subdirectories from being made and just dump everything into one folder?
