Preventing Spam “Customer” Registration WooCommerce

    I’ve had a lot of problems in the past with spam registrations on woocommerce account registration pages like this: https://www.1800doorbell.com/my-account/

    In a previous installation of this website, I used NinjaFirewall, in addition to a recaptcha and a plugin to create a honeypot…all of this together seemed to do a create job cutting down on the spam registrations…again, these were almost all customer registrations.

    Do you believe NinjaFirewall is enough to cut down on these spam customer registrations or should I also install another recaptch plugin and a honeypot plugin?

    The previous install I used a custom code for the recaptcha and I cannot get that some code working…I have tired various recaptcha plugins and have not been very happy with them.

    Any advice would be appreciated,

    I think you’ll need recaptcha, because by default NinjaFirewall does not block spam registration. It does block a lot of bots and spam tools, but recaptcha in addition to NF is a good idea.
