• Is there a plugin that will stop a user from logging into WordPress from different locations at the same time? I want to discourage id sharing on my site which charges customers for content. I haven’t been able to locate anything but wanted to ask if anyone knew of anything.

My clients aren’t all “high-tech” so I am not sure if IP blocking would work as I am not sure if all of them are using static ip’s.

    Any help will be appreciated

    Hi,

I would like to prevent users from sharing their login credentials. I dont want “john smith” to be able to be logged in from 2 or more computers at the same time. I have a service that charges customers for access to data and want to keep them from sharing login information. I was looking for a plugin that would prevent this and perhaps issue a login failed message like “this user is already logged in” or something similar.

    Thanks for your reply.

Is there an update to this? I am also interested in a solution.

I am now closing this 5 month old topic as it references an older version of WordPress.
