Preventing “Linked username” spam

    If you disable the “Linked username” field in the settings, spammers can still manage to post the form with a website turning their usernames to links to spam sites. Changing the setting for “Linked username” just prevents the form field from displaying on the screen. It would be nice if the plugin would block posts if a value is sent in this field while the “Linked username” is disabled.
