Preventing duplicate submissions

    Hi

    Is there a way to set the survey to check for duplicates in the answers to one of the questions? The user limit security doesn’t stop people from submitting from multiple devices and our users do not have WP accounts. We would like a duplicate check based upon their membership number, which they will enter in answer to the first question.

    Thank you for the topic.

    At the moment, unfortunately, there is no feature for not submitting the survey depending on the membership number.
    You can choose the limitation options the plugin provides (in your case, for example, the IP or IP and Cookie).
