Preventing auto updates suggestions

    First of all, thanks for an awesome plugin. We use it all the time. Unfortunately, as you’re well aware, www.remarpro.com new translations distribution system has taken over the management of the wp-content/languages directory, making it harder to protect the custom translations we make with Loco Translate.

    I see that your FAQ talks about the auto_update_translation filter. Ticket #28571 led to an additional filter, async_update_translation, that your FAQ should probably mention.

    As a stopgap measure while you work on the new version, I am considering writing a companion plugin that would prevent auto updates only for language packs that have been edited by Loco Translate. As far as I can tell, Loco Translate doesn’t keep a record of the files it has touched. My plugin could take care of this if you added an action when the PO file is saved to disk. Is this something you would consider for a quick minor version? I could provide a patch.

    I’m open to adding some hooks into the 1.x plugin, for sure. A patch showing where the hooks should be would be greatly appreciated.
