Prevent user delete

i have a function with the hookum_delete_user.
How can achieve in that function, prevent deletion of the user if a condition is true?

You must do an Exit like
exit( wp_redirect( um_get_core_page( 'account' ) ) );or use an URL where you explain why the User Delete is rejected.
