Issue: prevent the cache buster to be added for anchor links on the current page

We have latest version and in your changelog it says:

Fix: prevent the cache buster to be added for anchor links on the current page

But i am still seeing cache buster in url if i logged in mode.

For example: https://www.shopbylocals.com/product-category/physical/?swcfpc=1

Am I missing something?

We have WP Rocket plugin installed but I disabled its page caching option using this helper plugin rocket recommends. https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/61-disable-page-caching

Also we have Asset Clean Up Pro version installed. And server is cloudways and varnish and redis cache is enabled.
