Prevent plugin from overriding WooCommerce template

When I saw that WooCommerce is supported in the Pro version, I thought this Free version will not touch any of WooCommerce’s template(s). Unfortunately, this isn’t the case, and I wish to know how I can add a snippet that can prevent your plugin from interfering.
Please advise. Thank you.
