    Hello,

    How to prevent page refresh after adding a product to cart? Currently, when I press the add to cart button the whole page reloads. This only happens on products your plugin is active.

    In some of the themes, our plugin will only work with normal add to cart function(page reload). But in some other themes, our plugin will work also with the AJAX add to cart function(without reloading the page). So you can try enabling the feature from your theme settings.
    It is not possible to say our plugin will be compatible with it.

    Hello, My theme already has ajax enabled. All other products works using AJAX except for the products with your plugin shortcode. Those products with your plugin shortcode gets reloaded after adding to cart. Is there way to prevent it? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Sorry, you can’t prevent it. The page need to be refreshed for the working of our plugin for some of the themes. We can’t do anything on this.
