Hello! Please help me on this.

I have a dance school, and when I’m doing beginner dance courses, the first dance lesson is FREE with registration. But… Today I closed a register for Location A) this sunday, because is was full of people. And because I’m using one forminator form with a radio button A) or B) options required, today 3 other people re-registered for location B) 2 weeks later. It is very high room rental fees, so I want to sure that one e-mail address (maybe phone number, I don’t know which parameters I can authenticate) only one course can be register somebody, so when they wanted to register for another one, the system have to say: Sorry, you are already registered.

But… I have a new user registration form, login form and contact form with forminator, so I want this restriction only within this form – And the ability of turn off. Because for example: if some people didn’t come to Location A), I will see that day. And after the free class I want to turn off this resctriction because maybe they want to come to Location B), you I have an option for switch on and switch off this within a registration form.

How can I set this in forminator – if I can.

    Thank you and regards:
    Peter

    Hi @hollosipeter,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I am not sure if I understand your requirement fully. Since a page URL where I can find the form was not mentioned, I couldn’t give a closer look at this. Could you please share an export of the form so I can take a closer look at how the current form is configured and try to help you with this?

Please share the export of the form using Google Drive or pastebin.com. I hope the following guide comes in handy: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hello John!

I wanted what I wrote: prevent duplicate submissions to the form – but just for one appointment. But I find now one of your snippet (forminator-limit-the-submission-by-email), so now it is working: nobody can register twice. So it is working. Thanks ??

    Regards
    Peter
