Prevent login after register – not working

    Hi,
    Prevent login after register is enabled but still after activation link click it allows automatic login and redirects to My Account page.

    but before it was fine after the activation link clicked it shows the message as
    your account is activated, please login something!
    now it’s not working.

    Hi @vijaydj ,

    I believe the Prevent login after register option doesn’t work the way you’re expecting. It’s not related to the activation link.

    By default, after a new user tries to register on the site, he is automatically logged in and redirected to the My Account page. The Prevent login after register option prevents this mechanism, so instead of being automatically logged in after the registration, he is blocked and receives this notice:

    Thank you for your registration. Your account has to be activated before you can login. Please check your email.

    Hello @vijaydj ,

    Please update the plugin to version 2.0.0.
    I’ve created an option General > Login automatically.
    Try to disable it.

    I’d like to say also that I’ve moved the Prevent automatic user login section from general to advanced.
