• How can I stop the annoying “Live Updates Paused” message from coming up? I am trying to watch “Your Site Activity in Real-Time” on 3 different sites, in 3 different monitors, while adjusting rules on another monitor. To see the live data being updated, I have to keep click-click-click in a round robin with my mouse. It’s driving me crazy. PLEASE tell me there’s a place I can turn this off so I can watch the live traffic on multiple sites at once.
    Thanks,
    Kyle

A search for “Live Updates Paused” in the documents reveals nothing about this annoying “feature”.
    Thanks,
    Kyle

Same issue occurs if you try and do a Find/Search within the Live Traffic page – when the Find dialog at the bottom (Firefox) pops up, the page pauses and you can’t see anything!

I get why they put the feature in place, but they should at least make it a selectable option so that it can be disabled….

    Hi,

The pausing currently can’t be disabled, but we do have a request entered for that purpose (reference number FB3059). It might not be in the next release, but will probably be within a couple after that.

The feature was originally added because it can consume server resources if tabs are left open in the background, since it requests an update every 2 seconds by default, which is not ideal on shared hosts that have various limits set.

I set it to 6 seconds now, had it on 15 seconds a while ago.
    Suits me fine.
