Prevent linking in heading tags not working

I would need help with an issue: “exclude prevent linking in heading tags (h1, h2, h3, h4, h5 and h6)” is not working (as you can see on my website: https://iliaconsulting.com/

The h1 has a link to the “asesoria fiscal” page.
