prevent indexing of file folder

    Hello, thanks for this plugin!

    I see there’s an option to block user agents.

    Is there a way to block all search engines from indexing the folder storing DM files? Does it currently only block google as default?

    I want folks to be able to access the files without restriction when shared, but not for them to be found via search engines.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    If you upload files using our plugin, then the files are uploaded to a secure folder “dlm_uploads”. The files are not accessible to anyone directly so no search engine or user would be able to access the folder or file content. The only way to access these files is by using the dynamic URL generated for each download by our plugin.
