Prevent HTML in post title

  • Hello

    When pasting text formatted in bold (e.g. from Microsoft Word) in to Gutenberg’s post title field, the HTML tags <strong> / </strong> are saved.

    I assume this is by design and not a bug, although it seems a strange design decision.

    How is this best prevented? I know I can paste as plain text or strip the formatting first, but I’m looking for a client friendly, automatic solution.
