Prevent Flamingo from saving some fields

Hi, and thanks for reading. I’m sorry as this is probably a duplicate question that has been asked/requested before but after several hours looking at the forums and the docs I couldn’t find a consistent answer.

I’m wondering if it is possible to exclude some fields from saving on the database with Flamingo, specially those that are GDPR sensible as personal details, phones, emails… The purpose for Flamingo would only be to save some information (fields) just for stats.

I’ve found on a forum post the existence of the flamingo_add_inbound filter hook but could’n find any further information on the docs. Is there any documentation about how to use this filter? If it is not, could you provide a simple example to exclude a field tag ([your-email], …) to make clear how it works? That would be great for future reference.
