Prevent double slash in url for theme media files

    Hi @staplefish,

    We corrected the extra slash and will be updated in the next version of the plugin.

    Until then you can change the paths in config/paths.php

    define('_ABH_ALL_THEMES_URL_', _ABH_URL_ . 'themes/');
define('_ABH_THEME_URL_', _ABH_URL_ . 'themes/' . _ABH_THEME_NAME_ . '/');
