Prevent Direct Access Lite protects one pdf but not the other

    I installed Prevent Direct Access Lite yesterday. I have one zip file and two pdf files protected. I can still search and enter the URL for one of the files. I have cleared browser history, downloads, cookies and cache. I flushed the cache in wordpress.

    Any suggestions?

    • which hosting provider and server (Apache or Nginx) is your website hosted on?
    • which file (type) is protected correctly and which one is not?
