Prevent custom roles from seeing, deleting, or self-promoting to admin

Hi,

This is a great plugin. However, is there an ability to prevent all roles ( I am creating a custom “Administrator II” role for a site manager) from:

• viewing the Administrator (user ID #1)
• deleting the Administrator (user ID #1)
• self assigning themselves to Administrator

I want to give the Administrator II role all the rights of the Administrator, but don’t want it to have any access to or ability to view, edit, or delete the master Administrator (user ID #1).

This includes preventing the Administrator II from being able to click on any random WordPress user’s profile and modifying the user ID in the URL in order to access the Administrator’s (user ID #1) profile.
