• I have a ‘Manager’ role that needs to be able to create other ‘Manager’ users and ‘Carrier’ users, as well as have the ability to approve new registrations for both ‘Manager’ and ‘Carrier’. I have it set up to do this now, but the issue is that a ‘Manager’ also has the ability to promote any account to ‘Admin’, which then gives them too much control. How do I prevent this?

  • Nobody has any idea as to what kind of user capabilities you are giving to your user roles (e.g. “manager”) but if you are giving them admin powers with access to the admin panel, then what do you expect?
