Prevent changing order status of other users in woocommerce

    I have 4 shop managers and I would like to prevent them from changing only the order status of the others in woocommerce or if it is possible, to not change the order status if the status it’s in the state of:

    1) Processing 2) Refund 3) Completed

    I was looking here for similar questions, but I didn’t find any.

  • @ainformatriks – this isn’t something that would be possible with default functionality. I’m happy to leave this open for a bit to see if anyone else has any ideas, but I believe you’d be looking at custom work.

    Well, I found a github issue on the same topic and, as Kloon said, this is already possible.

    The hook 'woocommerce_before_order_object_save' can solve that problem.
