Prevent Carousel Sliding while drag-scrolling vertically on a touch device

    Hi,

    you helped me out last time perfectly. Hope you can do it now too. The Title says it I guess. It is a bit annoying if the User is scrolling down and suddenly the content begins to swipe left or right because of the Carousel. Sometimes it could be helpful, from the perspective – the user knows now, that there is something to slide…

    But, in this Project I don′t “need” it. Could there be an option or a CSS or JS that I can add to the Carousel? Like

    -ms-touch-action: pan-y;
    touch-action: pan-y;

    Hi,

    sorry for the late reply.

    What do you mean with “auto sliding”?
    We don′t want, that the user is able to scroll and swipe at the same time/movement.

    I hope you know what I mean.

    Well, then you mean that you want the page scroll to be disabled while the user is swiping the carousel slides ?
