    Hello,

We are using this plugin for our website. I noticed it fills in all the form fields automatically if those form fields have been filled in before.

That’s okay in general, but there is one field that should not be filled in automatically. How do I make sure that field does not get filled in automatically?

    Hi,

Can you verify if the field name begins with either ‘billing_‘ or ‘shipping_‘?
    ?
If so, kindly rename the field by removing the ‘billing_’ or ‘shipping_’ prefix.
    ?
Please be informed that when a field is created using prefix billing_ and shipping_ then it will be considered as the default field and will be saved as User Meta Data.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

I removed the “billing_” at the field in your plugin and at the field in the Checkout form (with Codesigner plugin). It’s true that it will not auto-fill in the value then, but it also doesn’t save the value to the order in wp-admin either. That should also not be the case, I would like to save the value to the order in the backend…

That’s strange! Usually, the value gets saved in the database even if you remove the billing prefix from the field name.

This issue needs a detailed check. Can you please raise a ticket through our website? We hope our technical team will be able to help you.

    Thank you!
