Prevent a plugin from using site language?

Hey guys,

Is there a way to prevent a plugin from using the selected site language? What I mean is, when I use English as my site language, the plugin works fine, but I would like my site language to be set to Hebrew. Then the it drives the plugin crazy since it’s right-to-left. Can I change the site language yet maintain the plugin’s language as English?
