prevent a plugin from loading on a specific page

hi,
i have a strange behavior on a page in my website, i can see the interface of the wp-o-matic plugin admin dashboard on the front pages (on the website and not the admin)
i can’t find the reason why the plugin loads inside the website it self. is there a way to disable or prevent a plugin from uploading in the website? (and load only in the admin)
