I’ve just tried logging in at that support page but my Envato acct username and pass aren’t recognised, likewise my email address when I try to retrieve a new password.

I don’t have any Fancy-Gallery acct info.

This looks like another plugin.

Wow, two different plugins both called Fancy-Gallery both from German developers?!

Originally I researched yours, later went back and bought the other thinking it was yours, hmm.
