prettylink plugin crashing wordpress

this affects some but not all my website. it becomes totally unaccessible. got the hosting company to disable the plugin but when re-installing it or activating it again, the website crashes and won’t load. weird thing is some websites that haven’t been updated (as in new content) have this issue even though no new pretty links have been created.

so even uninstalling it..and re-installing it…same issues. not sure what is causing it. but this is the error message i get.
