• I’m running WordPress on a server alongside Drupal. WordPress is in the /blog subdirectory, Drupal is in the root. They seem to be playing nice together.

However, Drupal has its own business included in the .htaccess file, and when I add the WordPress code for pretty permalinks, it decides to take over ALL links and I get WordPress 404s on all pages that aren’t /blog/..

    Any ideas?

  • Make sure you don’t include the Drupal rules in the WordPress section. I don’t have Drupal, but I have other rewrite rules that I just put at the very top, above the WordPress rules. See if that works. Also, is your .htaccess file for WordPress in the blog directory?
