Pretty much perfect!

After more than one year of running the store locator on our website I can say with confidence that the plugin works perfectly fine. The free version offers A LOT. Modifications of the templates provide plenty of freedom for customization. Support is great. Now, everybody has specific ideas how a store locator should look like. The developer has to make a decision. So don’t expect an all-in-one-solution that will match everybody’s needs.
