Pretty Links stopped connecting to the pages they are set to direct to

On Jan. 21, 2024, my Pretty Links stopped connecting to the pages they are set to direct to. When I click a Pretty Link, all I see is a blank page. However, all the pages that are to be directed to are still online and can be reached when I type in the full URL.

Here is one example:

Pretty Link: https://spectralight.com/contact

I deactivated and then reactivated the Pretty Links plugin but the issue persists.

Normally when you type in a URL that does not exist – you get a 404 error. I am not getting that error when I click the Pretty Link.

I considered deleting the plugin and then reinstalling it but I fear that I will lose all the Pretty Links that I already created.
