Pretty Links showing only to Admins

Hi all,

I just added a user as editor. On her panel, there is no “Pretty Links” options or icon.

As a result, she can’t add any Pretty Link or use the plugin at all.

Is there a way for non-admins to add Pretty Links? I couldn’t find it in the options. Thanks!
