Pretty Link setup cannot be accessed by users who are Author

    I really like the Pretty Link plugin.

    I’ve a problem, that my WordPress BLOG has some Users who are “Author”. Now they cannot access Pretty Link setup page. Is it possible for me to set them to be able to setup New Links with Pretty Link? I just need them to be able to setup, but no need to access the Hit statistics. Is this possible? Or can I edit something in the PHP code to make it?
