pretty good, but not developed for 3.5

I really liked this plugin, but as WordPress has upgraded, Web Invoice has continued to degrade. I am now faced with moving my invoicing system to somewhere else. In 3.5 the plugin breaks the add media function in the page edit window. Probably due to a j-query conflict.
