Pretty Good

  • It’s pretty good. There are lots of options to choose from. I’m pretty new at web design, so I don’t have much to measure this against, but it works and does what it says it will do, and looks pretty professional. I don’t think that it’s slowing down my pageload times by much. Only a web developer would notice it. I don’t like that you have to use the PRO Lightbox in order to use ecommerce with your photos. I’d like to see additional options with that function. I did have some issues setting up the ecommerce, and the tutorials are a bit lacking, but email support helped me out in a timely manner. One more thing, the website support ticket process has never worked for me, I’ve tried several times and it always just sits there and does nothing when you send it, so then I had to take the time to hunt down an email addy.

    Good to hear you’re enjoying the plugin @easchilling ?? I am going to pass on your feedback to the team about the Pro Lightbox for Ecommerce, and I’ll also take note of the Ecommerce documentation. I don’t think we’ll remove the Ecommerce from the Pro Lightbox, but I’ll pass on your feature request of extending it beyond the Lightbox. ?? Sorry about the support form not working in your member account, we’ll look into why that may be.
