    I agrre with titondoka

The WYSISWYG interface is a very productive feature. When working for appeal, no one wants to be coding all the time. ??

BUT, some people don’t receive the newsletter. Don’t know why. This is quite a problem!!!

    Hello Jason,

Thanks for your feedbacks. When some people don’t receive the newsletter, that’s simply a sending method issue, that’s not a MailPoet issue. It could be because of the following reasons:

1-Your sending method has some daily sending limit, you need to check that with your host probably.
2-Your sending method is not configured completely, SPF needs to be setup.
3-Your sending method is blacklisted(happens very often on shared hosting plans) in which case you should go for a third party SMTP.

Here is an article describing all the steps to go through to improve that : https://support.mailpoet.com/knowledgebase/i-dont-receive-my-newsletter-previews-what-do-i-do/

    Hope this helps!

    Hi again,

Upon 42 mails sent last sunday, only 8 have been seen. Meaning that 62% were not delievered properly.

Could you please help me to setup a certificate (SPF and DKIM)? Is it only for premium members? I don’t know how to do that and I can’t find clear answers on the web.

    Thanks
    Janon
