Presto Player not showing controls when WP Rocket is enabled

    Hi,
    When WP Rocket is enabled, and a user is not logged in to WP,
    the player controls are hidden and only a black background appears.
    Clicking the player area plays the video but controls are still hidden so cannot skip, cannot see timecode etc.
    Clicking the player again pauses it.
    How can I solve this?
    The video is located on a sample lesson page, so anyone not registered should be able to watch it properly.

    When a registered user is logged in the video controls work fine, I guess due to the fact that WP Rocket logged-in user cache is disabled.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Unfortunately, even after I excluded the JS as mentioned in the “Performance Preferences” document, the controls are missing.

    I’ll open a ticket on the support portal.
