Plugin is in draft at the top of the page…

I’ve added the transaction key and payment id in the backend, but somehow it goes to the homepage instead of the firstdata payment page.

    Any assistance would be appreciated!

Check the permissions for the plugin folder. When I try to go to:

    https://lhas.net/beta/wp-content/plugins/wp-payeezy-pay/pay.php

It redirects me to the main site.

Hmnn.. it has read write and execute access for the user. No write for group or world

Perhaps there is a conflict with one of the security plugins. I’ll investigate that, I believe one of them has a setting to deny access to the plugin folder

Deactivating a 404 redirect plugin allows for that pay.php page to show up, but something seems to still be off.

It is mostly blank, but with pagination indicators.

I’ll keep looking for plugin conflicts…

When I try to pull up:

    https://lhas.net/beta/wp-content/plugins/wp-payeezy-pay/pay.php

I get a page on the website, not the pay.php file. If a human cannot pull up the pay.php file, the plugin won’t be able to do it either.

This is what it should look like when trying to pull up the pay.php file:

Yeah I noticed that after I posted.

I can’t figure out why the site is blocking it unfortunately, even after deactivating all plugins but Wp Payeezy. I seem to be over my head at the moment.

    Thanks anyway for the help!

found some residual .htaccess code in the wp-content folder from the security plugin — cleared that and the page came up.

Looks like it is working now. Thanks again.

Good! Glad to hear it. You may want to look at the premium version of the plugin. It does a whole host of things the free version doesn’t, including making optional fields required or not required. With the free version, any optional field is a required field. With the premium version, you can make it either or.

Got the client to purchase the premium version..

I’m trying work out the three specific ticket prices. My current thinking is to create three separate forms with the 3 distinct prices… or am I missing something obvious that will allow three pre-filled price items in 1 form?

Sorry to tack on this thread… But Payeezy is driving me nuts. Other gateways seem way easier to work with.

I’m simply trying to set up a 3 tiered ticket order form. Each ticket has a specific price. They would like the total to update according to quantity. I thought this would be easy with the premium plugin, but I still feel like I’m missing the plot. If you have any quick suggestions to get me on the right track, I’d greatly appreciate it…

Sounds like you’re looking for the plugin to perform shopping cart abilities. The cardholder chooses products (tickets) with different amounts and then picks quantities. Neither plugin, the free version or the premium version, does that.

Since this forum is for WP Payeezy Pay, not the premium versions of that plugin, send me an email for further support. [email protected].
