Pressing "Preview Job Posting" button brings back to the same page

Hello,
I’ve had 2 job posters contact me over the last few days trying to post new jobs (these are the only ones who have tried posting … no other new ones). Both say that when they enter their information on the job posting page and press the “Preview Job Posting” button it simply brings them back to the original blank posting screen instead of taking them to the next preview page. I’ve walked them over the phone through the necessary steps and they seem to be doing everything right and entering all information required. I also had them try it on different browsers but they were having the same result. I’ve tested it myself, and it works fine for me, but would you have any idea of why it would happen to others? Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.
