Pressing enter does not submit the form

If I click on the subscribe button, it works just fine, but if I press enter on the keyboard, it just brings me to url/#
<form method="POST" action="#" class="cherry-popup-subscribe__form">Is there anyway to get it to fix this so that users can press enter to submit the form?
