Press This button missing

  • I can see various addional options in the writing settings but not the press this button.

    Is it possible the disallow xmlrpc would affect press this?
    I have the following lines inside my .htaccess:

    # END WordPress
<Files xmlrpc.php>
order deny,allow
 deny from all
</Files>
