Preset Invoice and import users

    1. How to create a preset invoice template with items and prices?

    Meaning when the invoice template is chosen the items come up and we assign it to a customer?
    Have many clients using same service, hence, same invoice items and prices are the same.
    (If this can be done with code or hook, Don’t mind, just give the lead)

    2. Can’t find where to import users as customers via csv, under tools can only find ‘General’ and ‘Misc’ tabs.

    1. In real life, you can not send the same invoice to many customers. Cause every invoice should have different invoice no and may have different code no of products and so on. So We do not have this feature “preset invoice” in WP-ERP. I hope you have understood the reason clearly ??
    But if you need to send the same invoice to many customers then you can create an invoice manually on your pc and then send that as an “attachment” to the customers.

    1. It’s alright, but the system doesn’t generate reference numbers itself, only invoice numbers.

    2. I am only working with the accounting part, for now,
    have deactivated the CRM & HRM parts, Could that be the cause of not being able to
    import accounting customers.

    1. Yes, it does not generate reference numbers automatically. Cause, reference numbers may not be sequential always like invoice numbers.

    2. Yes, this is the reason. Cause, contacts are imported using CRM module.
