Preset does not display as shown in demo

I’ve chosen Style 4, 4 Column, but it’s not displaying any of the text below the person’s name and title – see https://173.247.244.179/~icsa/board-of-directors-test-page/

I know the pictures are off, but I don’t want to take the time to upload better ones if I can’t get this to display the way my client has requested.
