Preserve metadata is not working! It is removing image metadata all time

    When upload new images in site image metadata are removed in image compression.
    I have tested all settings with tick preserve settings or without tick preserve settings but always when new image is compressed it is removing image metadata.

    Please check and let me know. How can I keep all metadata information when a new image is compressed?

    Can your team please guide how can I revert all meta data that are removed by TinyPNG Plugin?
    Is there any way to revert or restore metadata?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Sadly, it is not possible to restore the meta-data of images. When you compress an image with the plugin, the image will be replaced with the compressions version. We don’t store the original image.

    With that said, we’d be happy to look into the issue. Could you please send us the original image as well as the compressed version? You can send the images to [email protected].
