Preserve Metadata

    I am about to embark on building a site for a photographer who is concerned with preserving metadata of his images (especially credit and copyright information). I am interested in using a simple grid-style gallery that he can use.

    I reviewed the free version of photoblocks and like its ease of use, but found that images used in blocks are renamed and stripped of metadata. Is this by design, and is there any way to preserve the file name and metadata?

    Hi,

    since the images are resized and compressed, all metadata are lost, I don’t have a quick workaround unfortunately.
