Hi,

I’m hoping you can help point me in the right direction in terms of what your plugin can do and what add ons we would need,

We are looking at your plugin to use on our new website and wanted to make sure it can provide the experience we hope for.

What we want to achieve :
– We register customers (who are paying a yearly service contract to us)
– non registered customers can log a guest ticket
– Tickets are automatically differentiated / separated into 2 sets, those from registered customers and those that are from guests (the guests will be charged on a per ticket / callout basis
– For a Guest to submit their ticket, they must click a tick box to state they agree to costs etc, they cannot submit a ticket if not.
– We can respond via email to tickets

– Registered customers can log in and see all previous tickets they have submitted, along with resolutions

Appreciate your assistance with this, I have the free plugin installed to play around with and hoping you can suggest a bundle or set of add ons that will achieve what we need!
