PRESALES QUESTION – SMS of Tracking Updates

I’m looking for a plugin that will do as much of the following as possible:

(BTW, today, I have woocommerce on an Elementor theme, Kinsta-hosted, that pushes orders into shipstation, where labels are printed, and then shipstation sends the carrier/tracking number info back into Woocommerce as an order note. All needed transaction info should already exist in woocommerce for what I want to accomplish)

Ideally the plugin/service will do the following:

1. Immediately after checkout, on the confirmation page, the user will be given the option to check either or both of the following boxes:

Check this box to receive SMS TEXT updates on detailed shipping carrier updates and other tracking activity sent to 555-555-5555 (defaults to whatever tel# was part of order – this should be changeable.

Check this box to receive EMAIL updates on detailed shipping carrier updates and other tracking activity sent to [email protected] (defaults to whatever email was part of the order – this should be changeable.

2. Then, every time the order status in woocomerce changes, a text/email is sent to customer.

3. As soon as order is marked complete, customer receives the carrier/tracking # via text/email

4. Every time the shipping carrier has news (package has left the facility, package has arrived at Memphis hub, package has departed Memphis hub, package has arrived at local facility, package is out for delivery….

….and so on, there will be a text/email sent to the consumer.

We are currently a ringcentral user for our phone system, but our signing up with another carrier for this narrow purpose is OK.

Can your product(s) accomplish most if not all of the above. I do have a developer that could tweak the implementation a little bit if need be.
